Individual Rate: $50

Group Rate (10 or more registrations from the same agency): $40 per person

March 30-April 18, 2019

Individual Rate: $75

Late/On-Site April 19-24, 2019

Individual Rate: $100

EVET accepts the following forms of payment:
Purchase Order
A purchase order is a contractual obligation to pay, issued by the registrant's agency. While a registrant may attend the conference with only a purchase order on file, it will not change the balance due for any registrant.  Attendees using a purchase order will be billed the full conference fees upon receipt of the purchase order or immediately following the Conference.  Please note:  Payment must be received within 30 days of the last day of the Conference.

Any individual who attended the Conference using a purchase order is liable for all fees personally. You will be invoiced if appropriate billing information is not provided during registration or if payment is not received within 30 days of the last day of the Conference.

Please make checks payable to EVET with the registrants name clearly noted so we may appropriately apply payment.  The check should
accompany registration or be mailed as soon as possible after registration is completed online.  Please note on your registration if you are sending a check as payment.

Credit Card
Credit cards may be used to register online for the Conference.  On the final page of the registration process, you will be asked to provide the billing information of your credit card, including your 3-digit security number as well as the billing address.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests made before midnight March 29, 2019 will receive a full refund. Refunds will NOT be made for cancellation requests made after March 29, 2019 or for participants who register but do not attend. This includes cancellations for inclement weather and/or any other cancellation after March 29, 2019. We apologize for the inconvenience, but all conference material has been ordered by this point. All refunds will be mailed after the conclusion of the conference.

Transfer of a registration to another person may be done without penalty but we ask that you notify us at
evetbv@gmail.comas soon as you are aware of the transfer so that we may plan accordingly.
