Crime Victim Conference

Texas Law Enforcement Officers (TCOLE)

- You can receive up to 12 hours of training for this conference

- Texas A&M University Police Department is the sponsoring agency for TCOLE hours


Texas Attorneys (State Bar of Texas)
- EVET has applied for credits through the State Bar.  We will update as soon as we receive notification if accepted.  


Texas Counselors, Social Workers and Therapists (LPC, LCDC, LMFT, LMSW)
- You can receive up to 12 hours of training
- Texas A&M Office of the Provost, Public Partnership and Outreach is the sponsoring agency for these training hours


Texas Psychologists

-You can receive up to 1 hour of ethics credit

-You must attend Session 30 to receive the credit

-Texas A&M Office of the Provost, Public Partnership and Outreach is the sponsoring agency for these training hours

Texas Juvenile Probation Officers (TJJD)
- EVET will apply for 12 certification hours through the Texas Juvenile Justice Department


Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and Community Justice Assistance Division (CJAD)
- You can receive up to 12 hours of training
- Credit hours must be approved by attendee’s individual agency


Texas Nurses
-The basic evidence collection course required by Texas law pursuant to SB 1191, effective September 1, 2013.
-2-hour course
-Certificate of competition will be given
